Write a dated timeline; mark approximate dates and uncertain memories. Keep the lease, admission agreement, work policy, or rule in effect at the time. Preserve complete notices, emails, texts, and voicemails with dates and senders. Keep vaccination and consent records, if relevant. Preserve relevant medical records before and after the event, if relevant. Keep bills, receipts, pay records, and proof of housing or service consequences. Ask witnesses for separate, dated accounts in their own words. Keep complaint, claim, appeal, court, and settlement documents. Back up originals; keep an evidence log and do not edit original files. Seek prompt deadline review; this form does not file or preserve a legal claim.
